Interest in the Öko-Feldtage 2025 very high

Table Of Content

Exhibitor interest in the Öko-Feldtage 2025 on June 18 and 19, 2025 at Wassergut Canitz in Saxony is very high. Despite the challenging economic conditions, more than 130 exhibitors had already registered by mid-September. The exhibition hall is already fully booked.

The list of exhibitors on the website shows the range of business sectors that will be exhibiting at the Öko-Feldtage. Companies from the field of water management in agriculture are especially encouraged to take part this time, as this area is the focus of the Öko-Feldtage 2025. The registration deadline is December 31, 2024.

The machine demonstrations with the topics of inter-row and intra-row hoeing, harrowing, tillage (alfalfa ploughing), forage harvesting and irrigation technology are a focal point this time. The topics of tillage and inter-row hoeing in particular are already in high demand. Those interested in the demonstrations should register promptly, as admission is generally on a first-come, first-served basis.

The areas of the demonstration plots have been measured, the soil preparation has been completed and the fall sowing of winter rapeseed has already begun. “Thanks to the rainfall in recent days, the soil for the demonstration plots also has the necessary soil moisture. The nutrient supply is right, so nothing stands in the way of another successful fall sowing of winter crops by the service provider Eurofins/agrartest GmbH,” explains Bernhard Wagner, Managing Director of Wassergut Canitz GmbH.

Call for Programme and Catering Management

At the same time, the call to participate as a speaker in the diverse Öko-Feldtage program will be launched. In three forums, the speakers will present new findings on the topics of soil-water-plant, animal and politics/market. Critical debates and open discussions on the challenges of sustainable agriculture are explicitly encouraged. Guided tours and workshops round off the varied program with a focus on water. Registrations for the Program are possibleuntil 16 December 2024.

As with all Öko-Feldtage events, Catering Management with regional specialties, of course in 100% organic quality, is part of the overall package of the Öko-Feldtage. The exchange with experts at the stand or under the awnings of the communication areas is far more successful with Burger & Co. and a wide selection of organic drinks. Catering businesses from Saxony and the surrounding area can register with FiBL Projekte GmbH until the end of February 2025.
