2. Basis of the Contract

FiBL Projekte GmbH is the contractual partner for participation in the professional program. The contractual basis consists of the registration form on the Öko-Feldtage trade show portal and these terms and conditions of participation. Any additional agreements must be made in writing. In the event of violations, FiBL Projekte GmbH reserves the right to prohibit participation.

3. Data Processing

By submitting the registration form, the contracting parties consent to the storage of their data in connection with the event. This data may be shared with subcontractors (e.g., co-organizers, exhibitors) as needed. All subcontractors are contractually obligated not to disclose the data to third parties. This consent may be revoked at any time.

4. Location, Duration, and Hours of Operation

The 2027 Eco Field Days will take place on Wednesday, June 16, 2027, and Thursday, June 17, 2027, on the grounds of the Bauckhof Amelinghausen, Betzendorfer Straße facility, 21385 Amelinghausen.

Specialist program

The program for the 2027 Eco-Field Days includes the following event formats:

• Technical Presentations
• Panel Discussions
• Guided Tours/On-Site Presentations
• Workshops
• Networking Event

The conference program will take place on both days from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Participation in the expert forums (presentations and panel discussions) is free of charge. Honoraria and travel expenses will not be covered. Speakers participating in the expert forums will receive a free ticket to the 2027 Eco-Field Days, if necessary.

The deadline for submitting proposals is December 18, 2026.

A committee will decide by the end of January 2027 whether to include the presentations in the conference program. The assignment of rooms, locations, and event dates will begin in February 2027. You may indicate a preferred date during the registration process, with no obligation. There is no guarantee that your presentation will be included in the conference program.

Job Speed Dating

1. Event Format

The Job Speed Dating event will be held as part of the professional program. Depending on interest and the number of registrations, the event may take place on one or both days of the trade show.

2. Services and Terms and Conditions

The Job Speed Dating session lasts 45 minutes.

Each participating company will receive:

• a bar table with a sign displaying the company name (e.g., 10×30 cm, 100 g/m² white paper),
• the option to set up your own roll-up banner or something similar,
• The opportunity to post job openings on the job board/job fair throughout the entire duration of the 2027 Eco-Field Days. These must be brought in laminated A4 format. It is recommended that job postings include a QR code. To post the notices, please contact the information desk on site.

The registration fee is:

• For one day of the event: 150 euros (net)
• For both days of the event: 225 euros (net)

3. Registration and Deadlines

The completed registration form constitutes a binding application to participate in the job speed dating event. Spots are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

The registration deadline is May 15, 2027.
Late registrations can only be accepted if space is still available.

4. Cancellation by the organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the “Job Speed Dating” event if there is insufficient interest. In that case, any payments already made will be refunded in full.

5. Cancellation and Cancellation Fees

You may cancel free of charge through May 15, 2027. If you cancel after May 15, 2027, the full registration fee will be due.

Workshop facilities

1. Premises

A workshop tent will be available on both days of the event from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It can be used for private or public events. Public events will be listed online in the program as well as in the printed program notes.

2. Services and Terms and Conditions

The workshop tent can seat up to 50 people and is equipped with the following audiovisual equipment:

• 55-inch display on a tripod, including an HDMI cable and a presentation laptop
• Sound system with a speaker and 1 microphone
• 1 Bulletin Board
• 1 flip chart
• 1 Facilitation Kit

Each slot begins on the hour and lasts 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute break for setup. An assistant will help with setup (e.g., arranging chairs) and will be available to answer technical questions.

The usage fee per slot (45 minutes) is:

• 220 € for exhibitors at the 2027 Eco-Field Days
• €250 for companies and organizations without their own exhibition booth

3. Registration and Deadlines

The completed registration form constitutes a binding rental request. Rentals are assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.

• Workshop rooms can be reserved as long as space is available.
• Room and event date assignments will begin in February 2027. You may indicate a preferred date on the registration form without obligation.

4. Program Recording

The organizer reserves the right not to include events in the official program.

5. Waste Disposal and Cleaning

The workshop rooms must be left clean.

6. Cancellation and Cancellation Fees

If you cancel after March 31, 2027, 50% of the rental fee will be due.

General Provisions

1. Terms of Payment

Participation and rental fees will be invoiced in the spring of 2027 after the premises or spots for the job speed dating event have been allocated. Invoices are due within 14 days without any deductions. Payments must be made in euros.

All prices listed are exclusive of applicable sales tax.

2. House Rules

The rules and regulations for the 2027 Eco-Field Days apply.

3. Force Majeure

FiBL Projekte GmbH reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or cancel events due to force majeure. Refunds or claims for damages are excluded in such cases.

4. Liability and Insurance

FiBL Projekte GmbH is liable only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Users are liable for any damages caused by them or their agents.

5. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. FiBL Projekte GmbH reserves the right to assert claims at the contracting party’s place of business as well.
