Special topic Agri-Photovoltaics

For the first time, exhibitors can present products and information on the topic of Agri-PV on a special area of 600 square meters at the Öko-Feldtage. The production of food and electricity on one area is receiving a strong boost due to the energy crisis. Questions about the additional benefits in agriculture as well as energy storage and approval procedures are the focus of the special topic. The topic will be examined from all sides with guided tours of the special area and presentations in the Programme. The Ministry of Food, Rural Areas and Consumer Protection and the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems will be setting up a demo system for fruit growing, for example. The University of Hohenheim will provide information on pilot projects in the agri-PV sector from Baden-Württemberg and other countries. Registration for the Exhibition Management at the special area is still possible until 31.12.2022.
