Binding registration is made by submitting an application for admission to FiBL Projekte GmbH. Co-exhibitors must be notified in advance to FiBL Projekte GmbH by the respective main exhibitor.

By completing the application for admission, exhibitors accept the Conditions of Participation as legally binding.

The exhibition contract is concluded upon confirmation by FiBL Projekte GmbH. The application for admission to the exhibition and the conditions of participation are deemed to be integral parts of the contract. Other important information and provisions (technical guidelines, price and service specifications and overviews of dates and deadlines) sent to exhibitors and the provisions for services are also part of the contract. It is mandatory to pass on the contents of the contract as well as a reference to compliance with the contract to the personnel and companies providing services.

Exhibitors are obliged to list all exhibits and services in full in the application for admission. Offers or products other than those registered may not be exhibited. If exhibitors display items and/or services at the event that have not been registered, FiBL Projekte GmbH is entitled to remove them in the course of inspections and to retain them until the end of the event.

Gas-powered equipment may be used in accordance with the applicable safety standards, in compliance with the Technical Guidelines of the Organic Field Days and in consultation with FiBL Projekte GmbH. The organizer reserves the right to carry out a technical inspection of the equipment used. The use of liquid fuel is prohibited.

8. Additional conditions for stand areas with demonstration plots

The creation of the demonstration plots must be coordinated with the exhibitor support and the experimental technology. For this purpose, the stand and plot planning must be submitted to FiBL Projekte GmbH by 30.06.2026 in the form of a sketch and, if necessary, supplementary information on the concept of the demonstration plots, regardless of whether the trial technology service is used.

Sufficient space for mechanical cultivation (min. 0.5 m on all sides) as well as sufficient space for pathways and the construction of tents etc. must be planned for the neighboring plots and between the trial plots. Between plots on which sowing/cultivation is to take place at different times, sufficiently large distances for mechanical cultivation must also be provided, even after the first sowing date. At least 35% of the net area must be cultivated with demonstration plots (for 400 m² = 126 m², for 800 m² = 259 m², for 1,200 m² = 392 m²).

A plan showing the distribution of the stand areas with demonstration plots in the field will be provided by FiBL Projekte GmbH by mid-June 2026.

The areas for demonstration plots are usually plowed and will be available from the beginning of August 2026. An on-site appointment will then be held for all exhibitors with demonstration plots to hand over the land and provide instruction.

Organic seed must be used as seed on demonstration plots. Exceptions to this rule – if seed without a health certificate or non-organically certified seed/planting material is to be used – must be registered with FiBL Projekte GmbH together with the stand/plot planning (stating the species, variety and quantity) so that an exemption can be obtained from the responsible inspection body before sowing.

For the preparation and maintenance of the demonstration plots, only inputs from the Input List for Organic Agriculture may be used which are permitted according to the Demeter e. V. guidelines (cf. Input List Germany, Demeter Germany testing standard). The application of inputs is only permitted after approval by the trial technology.

After the event, the plant stands are worked into the soil.

9. Services experimental technology

FiBL Projekte GmbH offers services for setting up the demonstration plots, which exhibitors can take advantage of for a fee.

The exhibitor must provide seeds and operating resources:

  • for all winterizations until 15.08.2026,
  • for all summerings until 15.02.2027.

More than double the desired sowing quantity must be supplied (150 % surcharge). Unused seed will be returned by the test technology on request.

All deliveries – including partial deliveries – must contain the following information:

  • Name and address of the exhibitor and contact details of the contact person for the preparation and maintenance of the plots in case of queries
  • Number of the stand area
  • full details of the species, variety and quantity, origin and certification number and an indication of whether the seed is organic or non-organic
  • Certification of GMO-free soybean and maize seeds
  • 1,000 grain weight, desired sowing rate and thickness (g/m²) and time
  • Precise information on the inputs to be used, fertilization, desired application time and technique

Exhibitors with demonstration plots will receive the address for the delivery of seeds and operating resources, the contact details of the trial technology and all deadlines to be met together with the overview plan of the stand areas with demonstration plots by mid-June 2026 as an information sheet by e-mail.

If the seed is not delivered on time and in the required quantity and quality, there is no entitlement to sowing.

Exhibitors have no right to demand that work be carried out on specific days. The work will be carried out to the best of our knowledge; claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law. FiBL Projekte GmbH is not liable for delays or failures due to weather conditions (e.g. if the moisture content of the areas is too high for sowing).

FiBL Projekte GmbH will invoice the costs for the test technology according to the scope of work.

Final provisions

29. Force majeure

FiBL Projekte GmbH is entitled to postpone, shorten, close or cancel the event in whole or in part due to force majeure or for other reasons for which it is not responsible, without the exhibitors being entitled to withdraw their registration or claim compensation. The stand rental fees and all costs to be borne by the exhibitors must be paid in full and claims for damages by the exhibitors are excluded.

30. Reservations, claims, preclusive period, written form

All exhibitor requests are subject to the possibility of implementation. FiBL Projekte GmbH reserves the right to cancel the event for good cause or to change the location, space or time of the event. Should compelling circumstances make it necessary, FiBL Projekte GmbH is entitled to relocate stand areas or change their dimensions. This does not entitle exhibitors to withdraw from the rental contract.

Exhibitors must assert all claims in writing within three months of the end of the event (unless a shorter period applies in accordance with Section 18), otherwise they will lapse.

Agreements that deviate from the conditions of participation must be made in writing. German law shall apply exclusively.

31. Liability, insurance

FiBL Projekte GmbH is only liable in cases of gross negligence or intent. Otherwise, the liability of FiBL Projekte GmbH is excluded.

FiBL Projekte GmbH does not take out any liability, fire, theft or other insurance for exhibited and demonstrated machines and other exhibits. FiBL Projekte GmbH accepts no liability for loss of or damage to machines, equipment, superstructures or other valuables.

Exhibitors are liable for damage caused by themselves, their employees, agents or exhibits. Exhibitors are therefore advised to take out exhibition insurance.

FiBL Projekte GmbH will provide general surveillance of the exhibition grounds. Security of stand areas and exhibits is the responsibility of the exhibitors.

32. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. However, FiBL Projekte GmbH reserves the right to assert claims before the court where the exhibitors have their registered office.
