Bauckhof Amelinghausen is the showcase of the three Bauck farms. In addition to the two other Bauck farms Klein Süstedt and Stütensen, Bauck Mühle is another player in the Bauck Group network. At 255 hectares, Amelinghausen is the largest farm with its own organic farm store. The products of all three farms are offered there, as well as the products of Bauck Mühle and a full range of organic products.

Bauckhof Amelinghausen is a versatile Demeter farm with dairy cows, pigs and fattening poultry, a farm cheese dairy and extensive arable farming: in addition to cereals and potatoes, various field vegetables such as hokkaido, leek, beet, onions, carrots and more are grown here. The farm also includes 80 hectares of forest on the outskirts of the village, which are sustainably managed using multi-stage silviculture.

In the 300 square meter farm cheese dairy directly adjacent to the cowshed, sliced, hard and soft cheeses as well as the Heide-Luni are produced in the very best quality.
