For example, nitrate levels in groundwater currently exceed the legal limit of 50 milligrams per liter at 27 percent of measuring points in Germany. <\/p>\n<p>Employees of the University of Giessen are offering the opportunity to analyze water samples free of charge at the Eco-Field Days 2022. Visitors can bring along their water sample, whether from a stream, river, spring or well.  The scientists will use an innovative, mobile measuring system to analyze the water sample and make all measurement data directly visible online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/data.fb09.uni-giessen.de\/nitrat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a> for taking samples to measure water quality, you can register your sample and find out more about the analysis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>  User name: nitrat<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>  Passwordf: oeft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The examinations will take place in the tent of Justus Liebig University Giessen (T17).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employees of the University of Giessen are offering the opportunity to analyze water samples free of charge at the Eco-Field Days 2022.
